Hi, I’m Erin

I believe you deserve to feel at home in your body and mind.

I provide holistic, integrative psychotherapy using a relational, body-centered approach that invites you to safely explore wounds that continue to show up in the present. I help you recognize and understand the ways your experiences get stored in the body and create friction towards building your desired life course. In our work, I will chart a new path forward through focused, intentional therapeutic practices tailored to your needs.

My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling understood, emotionally flexible, and able to envision the life they’re worthy of.
