A safe place to discover, connect, and heal

You're here because you're eager to know yourself better and address the presence of anxiety, stress, insecurity, and wayward emotions that seem unmanageable.

You may find yourself to be aware already, but it feels like there is still something more to unearth. Maybe it’s that you find yourself disconnected from your relationships, stuck in persistent conflict, or experiencing general dis-ease. When the mind feels off-kilter, unexamined, or foggy, it can feel everything else is being played on hard mode.

Life doesn’t have to be this way.

Let’s dive in, find relief, and start building the life your deserve.

Hi, I’m Erin

I believe you deserve to feel at home in your body and mind.

I provide holistic, integrative psychotherapy using a relational, body-centered approach that invites you to safely explore wounds that continue to show up and deepen the experience you have with yourself and others. I will help you build a vocabulary for your experiences and use this to create embodied change that will not only dissolve unhelpful patterns, but ignite more inner-knowing. In our work, I will chart a new path forward through focused, intentional therapeutic practices tailored to your needs.

My clients express feeling understood, emotionally flexible, able to envision the life they’re worthy of, and notice deeper understanding of themselves as a result of our work together.

Reach out today to start shifting your life for the better.
